Attention Vets! Print a Form D, complete, and submit it to the Veterans Benefits Unit as soon as possible for certification. If you are collecting benefits at UConn for the first time, please attach a copy of your certificate of eligibility from the Veterans Administration.
- The Form D must be signed by your advisor.
Our Hours
The Veterans Benefits Unit of the Office of Student Financial Aid Services will be open from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday during the spring 2013 semester.
