Financial Aid Worksheet

The Office of Student Financial Aid Services urges students and their families to consider alternative sources of funding prior to receipt of the fee bill. This worksheet will assist you in determining if a balance is due to the University, after all available financial aid is applied towards the fee bill. Awards are based on estimated costs subject to change if tuition and fees are adjusted. Current charges can be viewed on the Bursar’s web site.

*Please note that Federal Work-Study awards cannot be used to meet direct expenses, as work-study awards are paid to the student in a bi-weekly check based upon the number of hours he or she works.

**If a remaining amount due appears you may wish to consider alternative financing options as a means to meet your educational expenses. Please refer to the Tips for Financing Your Education for information regarding alternative financing options.

In addition, the University offers a monthly payment plan program. More details about the Fall 2008 payment plan will be forthcoming shortly.

Families should plan to have any additional financing finalized prior to the fee bill due date of August 1.
