FERPA Privacy Waiver: Before calling our office on behalf of a student, please ensure that the student has identified you as a designee via the Online FERPA Privacy Waiver in the Student Administration System, and that you have your assigned access code available.

If you have not been assigned an access code, you will need to ask the student to complete the Online FERPA Privacy Waiver and name you as a designee in order for University staff to be able to speak with you. Information regarding FERPA and the privacy waiver is available at http://www.registrar.uconn.edu/ferpa.html.

Send your forms via fax: To expedite the processing of your financial aid application, we strongly recommend faxing materials to (860) 486-6629 if at all possible. This allows our office to process your documents most efficiently. Click here for additional information regarding the submission of forms.
Our Federal School Code is 001417. The 2010-2011 FAFSA must be received and logged at the federal processor by March 1, 2010 to be considered on time.
